Founder of Beaute Industrie
Tamara created Beaute Industrie in 2017 as a Facebook group of 15 and grew to triple figures shortly thereafter, proving the need for support and inclusive conversation. In April of 2018, Beaute Industrie rebranded and matured into an online business and tangible community for the professional beauty industry.
Now, Beaute Industrie hosts events and provides resources for hundreds of businesses in the Beauty industry and Tamara is recognised as an industry leader across Australia, Tamara has proven the power of courage and creating your own version of success with the skills and passions you have. She now empowers and educates those in the Beauty industry to do the same.
Tamara’s career started through a Resort Management qualification, leading her into the Spa sector of the therapy industry, with a knowledge of business metrics, which shortly propelled her into the transatlantic ocean and international travel via way of cruise ship employment. Returning to Australia, Tamara navigated the industry pathway from Clinic and Spa Management into Multisite Management, through a love for team and empowerment of therapists and managers under her leadership. A further passion for knowledge and education, Tamara conducted state based training and business development for Australia’s largest day spa franchise across Sydney and Queensland, reaching record retail highs during retail strategy days and employment retention rates.
Tamara’s Business Development role progressed further as she transitioned into Australia’s largest laser franchise, working with business owners across traditional, corporate and franchise business models across Australia and New Zealand. Focused on creating conversations, building community and realigning culture into the professional beauty industry, (while returning the 5 star status our industry once held) is Tamara’s passion.
